2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

2.1 Course Cancellation by the Institute

If Toppers IT Institute cancels a course, batch or training session enrolled students can choose:

* You will receive a full refund of the course fee

* You can transfer to another course or upcoming batch without any cost.

Refunds will be processed in 15 to 30 business days from the date we get your cancellation notice

2.2 Cancellation by the Student

Students can appeal for cancellations and reimbursements under these terms: Withdrawal within limited period (Within 7 Days of Payment) If no course materials or access have been provided you get a refund.If course materials or access credentials have been shared a partial refund may be granted, with deductions. Withdrawal, after 7 days and before the course starts is also possible.A partial refund may be given,. We will deduct processing fees. The institute will decide whether to approve it or not. After Course Has Started Once the course has started or if you have accessed learning materials attended sessions or used any services no refund will be given.

Note: We review all refund queries, including those who have accessed course materials or participated in sessions.

3. Non-Refundable fees

* Registration or application fees

* processing charges

* Requests made beyond the refund period

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed using the payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Approved refunds are completed within 15–30 business days from the approval date.
  • Processing time may vary at banks or payment gateways.
